Former youth and sports minister, Shawn Edward, has vowed to defend his name, following what he says were attempts inside the House of Assembly to tarnish his reputation. Edward and the government side have gone back and forth on the issue of a so called ‘Minister’s account’.
But the government mps have insisted that such an account existed and further question why it did in the first place. When questioned Edward explained that the special account was dubbed the Ministers account informally but was not in fact, his account.
