A raging fire completely engulfed a structure in the community of Babonneau on Tuesday evening at about 11:30pm. The building housed two homes and a business entity which operated as a media studio. The studio was operated by freelancer media worker Martin Augustin. Augustin has praised the efforts of community members who successfully saved some of his equipment. The fire is believed to have started on the ground floor of the structure. Despite the best efforts of firefighters, the structure could not be saved from the raging fire. The Fire service is working to determine the cause of the blaze.
