A dwelling house at Anse La Raye was destroyed by fire on Thursday.
The house was located opposite the Anse La Raye Police Station. The wooden structure was owned by Frederick Francis. Francis was reportedly not at home when the fire started around 2 p.m. Meanwhile, a yacht was damaged by fire of unknown origin around 2 pm at the Marigot Marina.
