Former Prime Minister and Member of Parliament for Vieux Fort South, Dr Kenny Anthony, questioned the spending of the current administration when he rose to debate the Estimates of Revenue and Expenditure on Thursday. Dr Anthony says the Prime Minister by his own words has labelled the country broke. It is on this basis that he questions a 50 million dollar increase in expenditure over last year.
