It’s been a little over six months since the parents of the 22 year old Aude Jean-Alexis have no news of their daughter, the young woman, missing since November 15, 2017, cannot be found. Her parents refuse to give up and are making every effort to find their daughter. They have appeared on radio shows. They’ve put up posters, distributed of photos on social networks, hoping for the slightest trail that could tell them where Aude could be. On November 15, 2017, at eight o’clock, like every other day, Aude Jean-Alexis left her mother’s house to head to work at the shopping center of Galléria in Lamentin. Since that day her family has not seen her or heard from her. The family travelled to Saint Lucia last month seeking assistance from authorities and the public. According to the family, the last known call before her disappearance was made to someone in Saint Lucia. They came to St Lucia believing that she might have travelled here. But there has been no word on the young woman’s whereabouts and no confirmation as to whether she even travelled to St Lucia. A judicial inquiry has now been launched in Martinique on the matter Alexis’ disappearance.
