Three (3) applications have been denied and four (4) applications pending. Prime Minister Allen Chastanet has placed on record his concerns about CIP stating that a review is required and will get underway, in the hopes of strengthening the program. In October he announced that the planned restructure and relaunch of Saint Lucia’s Citizenship by Investment Program (CIP) would come on stream in November. That mopve has been delayed to next year.
