The Concerned Citizens of Saint Lucia group hosted its “Whistle stop tour” to highlight concerns about the multi-billion dollar DSH project and the proposed Dolphin Park earmarked for the Pigeon Island National Landmark. One of the members of the concerned citizens group, Jerry George, says the tour was highly successful. He says clearly people want more information on proposed projects, in particular, DSH.
Jerry George denies that the movement is a partisan movement
The group says it is not against investments that will bring levels of improvements in the lives of Saint Lucians, but argues that these investments cannot be haphazard and must involve dialogue with all parties.
