The management of the Saltibus Credit Union and the National Workers Union have officially signed their first industrial agreement. Clerical workers employed with the credit union, will benefit from a 10 percent general wage increase in year one. The parties will then meet in years two and three to determine whether the credit union’s economic performance has improved and the possibility of revisiting the wage structure. The collective agreement also makes provisions for breakfast, lunch and dinner allowance of 25 dollars, study leave, paternity leave, uniforms and acting allowance.
