Police are investigating the discovery of a dead body in a drain along the Bexon Highway on Friday.
Bexon residents believe the body is likely that of Windy Sylvester, who was last seen about 3 days ago. The body was discovered face-down in the drain, near a motorcycle, around 4 p.m. in an area called ‘Around The Bend’. Many residents came gathered at the location as news of the gruesome discovery spread. One resident said he had been on an outing with Sylvester and that Sylvester had dropped him off late that night. When he left, he indicated that he was returning home. But he never made there.
