Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of twenty year old resident of Up the Line, Micoud. The body of the victim – Rockbert Xavier was found floating near the shoreline at Up the Line on Sunday afternoon. Xavier was reportedly last seen at 8.am Sunday, at which time he told his mother that he was going to visit his aunt. According to relatives, Xavier reportedly dived into the sea to rescue someone. A post mortem will shed light on the cause death in what is for now being treated as a suspected drowning.
