Prime Minister, Allen Chastanet, is continuing his criticism of how the investors in the proposed Dolphin Park were treated. According to the Prime Minister, the level of abusiveness at the recently held National Trust meeting was unbecoming and disrespectful, particularly when the country is trying to attract much needed investment. Prime Minister Chastanet also levelled criticism at the National Trust Director Bishnu Tulsie, for alleged untruths and for not speaking out when the former SLP government approved an agreement in principle to have a “Swim with dolphins” at Anse Jabette.

He says as country that has supported whaling for many years, this current objection to a dolphin park is baffling. Nonetheless he says it is a matter for the National Trust to make a determination on, given the proposed site of the Dolphin Park is at Pigeon Island.
