The Market Festival has been reintroduced to highlight the contribution of vendors. During an appreciation ceremony on Tuesday, Castries Mayor Peterson Francis, promised a stunning redevelopment of the Castries Market. He says refurbishments will include a food court, high end restaurants and better public amenities.
